Vehicle Routing and Scheduling Software Company Roadnet Technologies Selects Kufre Akpaidem as International Project Support Specialist

Baltimore, MD (August 13, 2012) – Roadnet Technologies, the Baltimore-based vehicle routing, planning and scheduling software technology company, has selected Kufre Akpaidem as International Project Support Specialist. He was formerly Technical Support Analyst for Avis Budget Group.

In his new position with the vehicle routing and scheduling software company, Mr. Akpaidem will oversee and manage quality assurance and technical support for transportation management software customers situated outside of the United States. His responsibilities include trouble-shooting, the resolution of customer issues relating to product usage and uncovering solutions that can improve the organizational efficiencies of Roadnet Technologies customers.

Mr. Akpaidem brings more than seven years of diversified quality assurance and technical support experience to Roadnet Technologies, a provider of fleet tracking and vehicle routing software solutions. Mr. Akpaidem has also worked as a quality assurance specialist for The Sherwin Williams Company.

Mr. Akpaidem earned his Bachelor of Arts Information Systems degree in Business Technology Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and presently resides in Laurel Maryland.
