Kevin Haugh, General Manager for Roadnet Technologies, joined the company in 2012. He is responsible for directing the overall product strategy, product management and product marketing activities for the company.
Mr. Haugh has more than 20 years of management experience in enterprise software and has directed product management and product marketing activities at multiple highly successful software companies, including, Metastorm, OpenText and ProAct Technologies. In his previous role Kevin was responsible for a software portfolio that focused on business process management and business process analysis/optimization.
Prior to his career as a software executive, Kevin provided system and technology consulting to numerous commercial and government organizations.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Public Policy and Economics.
Vice President of Customer Service
Scott Hildebrand, Vice President of Customer Service for Roadnet Technologies, has worked for the company since 2008, after spending nearly 20 years with United Parcel Service in the logistics division. His primary responsibilities include the development and execution of programs designed to maximize the satisfaction levels of current and prospective customers. This includes regular research, personal contact and follow-up with Roadnet clients as well as involvement with support and maintenance activities.
Mr. Hildebrand has more than twenty-two years of experience in the transportation industry where he has held management positions within sales, technology integration, fleet operations, customer service and professional service departments.
Scott earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Arts degree in Computer Information and Resource Management from Webster University.
Stephen P. Simon
Vice President of Development
Stephen P. Simon, Vice President of Development for Roadnet Technologies, has been affiliated with the company since 1992. He directs all research and new product development activities for the organization, which includes the identification of new software applications and processes needed by current and future customers, as well as managing the testing and evaluation of these products.
Mr. Simon has made significant engineering contributions to the company’s product lines, including design and implementation of the transportation network subsystem; routing and scheduling algorithms and the product’s user interface. He has more than 24 years of experience in the field of software engineering and previously worked in the Advanced Signal Processing division of Westinghouse.
Stephen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
