Leonard R. Kennedy
Chief Executive Officer
Leonard R. (Len) Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer of Roadnet Technologies, has been associated with the company since 1983. Mr. Kennedy is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as day-to-day management activities, including overseeing the product development and management, sales and marketing, financial and investment services, human resources and customer support functions of the organization.
Len has over 30 years of experience in the transportation software industry in both product development and management. He was a significant contributor to the creation of routing and dispatching systems for United Parcel Service, the previous owner of Roadnet Technologies.
Len earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from Florida State University.
Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Michael Farlekas, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Roadnet Technologies, joined the company in 2012. He is responsible for all sales and marketing as well as commercial operations for the company.
With more than 25 years’ experience in transportation, supply chain management and enterprise software industries, Mr. Farlekas is committed to growing Roadnet, increasing market share and establish a solid leadership position as the go-to platform for transportation routing and fleet management. Michael is an expert in sales strategy, channel expansion and corporate growth. In his previous role, Michael was a key contributor in increasing revenue from $40 million to $400 million.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Farleigh Dickinson University and his Master of Business Administration in International Business from Jacksonville University.
Vice President of Product Management and Product Marketing
Kevin Haugh, Vice President of Product Management and Product Marketing for Roadnet Technologies, joined the company in 2012. He is responsible for directing the overall product strategy, product management and product marketing activities for the company.
Mr. Haugh has more than 20 years of management experience in enterprise software and has directed product management and product marketing activities at multiple highly successful software companies, including, Metastorm, OpenText and ProAct Technologies. In his previous role Kevin was responsible for a software portfolio that focused on business process management and business process analysis/optimization.
Prior to his career as a software executive, Kevin provided system and technology consulting to numerous commercial and government organizations.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Public Policy and Economics.
Vice President of Customer Service
Scott Hildebrand, Vice President of Customer Service for Roadnet Technologies, has worked for the company since 2008, after spending nearly 20 years with United Parcel Service in the logistics division. His primary responsibilities include the development and execution of programs designed to maximize the satisfaction levels of current and prospective customers. This includes regular research, personal contact and follow-up with Roadnet clients as well as involvement with support and maintenance activities.
Mr. Hildebrand has more than twenty-two years of experience in the transportation industry where he has held management positions within sales, technology integration, fleet operations, customer service and professional service departments.
Scott earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Arts degree in Computer Information and Resource Management from Webster University.
Stephen P. Simon
Vice President of Development
Stephen P. Simon, Vice President of Development for Roadnet Technologies, has been affiliated with the company since 1992. He directs all research and new product development activities for the organization, which includes the identification of new software applications and processes needed by current and future customers, as well as managing the testing and evaluation of these products.
Mr. Simon has made significant engineering contributions to the company’s product lines, including design and implementation of the transportation network subsystem; routing and scheduling algorithms and the product’s user interface. He has more than 24 years of experience in the field of software engineering and previously worked in the Advanced Signal Processing division of Westinghouse.
Stephen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
